- Entrants must submit as a member of a team or firm that includes an architect or designer and a builder.
- Submissions must designate a primary contact person for communication purposes only.
- Entrants must outline the concept price and scale of project.
Interactive Community Forum
We believe strongly in the importance of teams having an opportunity to interact with residents of the Moreland district, potential buyers and local realtors familiar with the area. We will, therefore, host an interactive forum to which all registered teams are invited to attend. Attendance is strongly recommended, though not required.
The forum will be on October 19, 2016 at 6pm at The Dealership, 3558 Lee Road, Shaker Heights.

- No jury member may advise or assist a competitor in any way.
- Entrants assisted by any member of the Advisory Committee or jury will be disqualified.
